The concrete is hand sanded to achieve a smooth, burnished surface. The sanding process highlights the build lines transferred to the piece from the 3D printed master used for mold making. The concrete surface is then sealed and protected from dirt and moisture without altering the natural aesthetic of the concrete mix. Due to the nature of concrete, each surface finish is unique. Small air pockets can form during casting adding interest to the surfaces. Each piece is designed to accentuate the aesthetic beauty of concrete and highlight its unique properties.
